HRG has a long and proven track record in the Southern New Jersey marketplace representing Owners and Buyers of commercial real estate including but not limited to retail strip centers and free standing buildings, NNN Leased standalone buildings, office buildings and condominiums, undeveloped acreage for development and multifamily complexes. HRG’s leadership has participated in the disposition of hundreds of a wide variety of commercial type properties ranging in size from 1200 to 125,000 SF.

Leasing

HRG also enjoys a long history of obtaining results in the leasing of an equally wide variety of commercial properties in the Southern New Jersey/Philadelphia Metro Market including small to junior to big box strip shopping center stores, free standing retail buildings, office buildings and office suites including medical and long term ground leases within multi tenanted buildings etc. HRG’s leadership has participated in hundreds of commercial leasing transactions encompassing a wide variety of property over a 23 year period.
